Another Florida rapper’s career has come to a tragic and premature end. As AllHipHop reports that on Saturday, July 23, Rollie Bands was gunned down outside his home after posting a message to his opps on Instagram.

“A lot of these niggas [know] where I live in fr,” he began to write about his History. “I sleep in peace. If an*gga wanna smoke, I’m at my crib in five [minutes].”

Rollie wasn’t wrong to point out that there are a lot of people who know about his address, and they heard his message loud and clear. Moments after the invite was posted on his profile, the “Struggle” artist was shot dead outside his apartment.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call, although it was noted that the Tampa native was taken to hospital by local friends or good Samaritans before authorities arrive on the scene.

Shortly after receiving further medical attention, Rollie Bands was pronounced dead from his gunshot wounds.

Since the late rapper had yet to hit his big break, a lot remains unknown about him, although from the looks of his IG page, he appears to be leaving behind a young girl to mourn his death. .

Many have pointed to the folly of Rollie’s actions that led to his murder and hope they serve as a warning to others in the industry to avoid making the same mistakes.

Rollie RIP tapes.
