EXCLUSIVE: Footage from a video shot on Friday appears to show several migrants entering St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Washington, DC, as buses full of individuals who entered America illegally continue to arrive in the nation’s capital.

Taken a few feet from the entrance to the church on Friday, the video, obtained first by Fox News Digital, shows what appears to be migrants lined up and walking on a sidewalk waiting to enter the church.

In a post shared on Facebook earlier this month, the church, located steps from the Capitol and less than two miles from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Headquarters, said it was looking for “sturdy shoes as part of our relief efforts for migrants arriving in DC by bus.”

“Sneakers or sturdy shoes only – no flip flops, please,” the church wrote. “Donations can be delivered to the parish hall on Wednesdays or Fridays.”

In a previous post, St. Peter’s linked to a volunteer registration page to help the church’s efforts to “provide meals, respite and transportation assistance to hundreds of arriving immigrants. to DC by bus every day”.

“St. Peter’s will provide space, material goods, meals and volunteers to help accommodate immigrants who arrive in DC by bus each day,” said a description of St. Peter’s registration page. . “We have a number of different needs: welcoming and assisting guests, cleaning the room, transporting on call and donating toiletries, over-the-counter medical items, diapers and wipes, backpacks , clothes, strollers and bath towels.”

The registration page created by the church also asked for volunteers to help migrants enter the church through the C Street entrance, which appears to be the same entrance used in the video.

Fox News did not receive an immediate response from DHS or St. Peter’s Church.

GOP STATES PUSH BACK AGAINST DC, NYC CALL FOR FEDERAL HELP WITH MIGRANT SURGE

Earlier this week, DC Mayor Muriel Bowserwho has championed accepting migrants entering the country illegally as a human rights issue, called for the DC National Guard to be activated indefinitely to help with what it called a “humanitarian crisis.”

Bowser and New York City Mayor Eric Adams have sounded the alarm over the sending of migrants to their cities, blaming Arizona and Texas for the influx. Arizona, however, denied sending migrants to New York.

Bowser requested that the DC Armory be used as a processing center and that DC National Guard resources be used to assist migrants on the ground as they arrive by bus.
