Zico cancels upcoming music show appearances after COVID-19 diagnosis

Block B’s Zico has canceled his upcoming music show appearances after testing positive for COVID-19.

On July 25, Zico’s agency KOZ Entertainment announced that the artist had been diagnosed with COVID-19. They added that his upcoming mini album “Grown Ass Kid” will be released as scheduled on July 27, but Zico will not appear on music shows this week.

This relates to Zico’s positive COVID-19 test and his upcoming timeline.

On the morning of July 25 (Monday), Zico tested positive on a self-test kit and was diagnosed with COVID-19 through a rapid antigen test. Currently, Zico has a slight sore throat and body aches and is being treated at home. Zico’s fourth mini album “Grown Ass Kid” will be released on schedule on July 27, but his appearances on “M Countdown”, “Music Bank” and “Inkigayo” this week have been cancelled. We will make another announcement when the artist resumes his activities.

The health of our artists is a priority and we will do everything we can to support Zico’s speedy recovery. In addition, we will diligently follow the requests and directives of the health authorities.
